We accept PayPal payments for international convenience and security. After you submit a booking request, we'll send you a PayPal invoice once we confirm availability for your preferred date. Payment is only required after tour confirmation. We do not accept cash payments on the day of the tour.

We offer a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before your tour date. Cancellations within 24-48 hours receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for same-day cancellations or no-shows. In case of extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will work with you to reschedule or provide a full refund.
